A successful recruitment campaign requires experience, expertise, ethical standards and creativity to provide a first class service every time.

At Grieves Pryce each project begins with a blank sheet of paper, we do not promote a standard recruitment product, instead we design a programme to achieve the most cost-effective results for each assignment. It is our policy to go out into the marketplace to find the best candidate for a particular appointment. We do not, unlike other organisations, rely solely on a database of candidates.

We believe in consistency and therefore you can rest assured that the consultant who meets with you to take an assignment brief will be the person who manages the project from its commencement to successful completion.

We are a consultancy, not an agency; we pride ourselves on supporting our clients in whatever way is required to improve their business and to suit their budget. Therefore, the work we carry out on behalf of our clients is on a retained, not contingency basis. We insist on the highest standards of ethics in our dealings with both clients and candidates, which includes maintaining strict confidentiality at all times and adherance to our corporate Quality Assurance Policy.
