begins with a blank sheet of paper, we do not promote a standard
recruitment product, instead we design a programme to achieve
the most cost-effective results for each assignment. It is
our policy to go out into the marketplace to find the best
candidate for a particular appointment. We do not, unlike
other organisations, rely solely on a database of candidates.
