Working closely with the Managing Director, and leading a dedicated team of staff, you will ensure that human resource strategies along with H&S and staff training are developed and implemented in line with the changing demands of the business, and that advice and services are delivered with the upmost proficiency throughout the Group.
Suitable candidates will be CIPD qualified with experience gained at a senior management level, supporting a high-growth, commercial business of similar complexity. The personality to convey common sense practical solutions as well as the ability to demonstrate a wide understanding of employment law including TUPE legislation is essential, along with an understanding of working with complex pay grades. As an expert in industrial relations, you will also possess exemplary communication, influencing and negotiation skills and have experience of maintaining and developing strong relationships with unions on both a local and regional level
